Data Science, Information and Exploration

A new era of interdisciplinary data science education has come to Kansas. Join us.

About our Initiative

The University of Kansas's growing data science program is supported by the Kansas Data Science Consortium (KDSC). The KDSC is dedicated to expanding and improving educational opportunities on campus and across the state. Our classes provide students with the theory and skills integral to data science through hands-on learning using real-world data. Seasonal workshops for students and community members alike offer training on specialized topics. Business and organizations can get involved by becoming community partners who supply projects for analysis. Data science is an expansive, multi-disciplinary field and our programming is designed to reflect and encourage diverse participation.
